• Please make sure that your name is in the list of graduates / medal recipients available at UHS website.
• If your name is included in the list, you must submit the registration fee (Rs=3,000/-) in any branch of National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) through challan https://fms.uhs.edu.pk (Select "3rd Convocation Fee UHS") before filling online registration form.
